Cancellation/ Anticipated payment
The client can cancel for free u to 3 days before arrival. The client pays the cost of the first night if he/she don’t cancel within the 3 days of arrival.
Domestic animals are allowed on request with no extra expenses.
The reception is open every day from 8.00 to 15.00 and from 18.00 to 24.00. If you anticipate that your arrival won’t be in the above hours, contact in advance. The restaurant is closed on Monday night. The use of the kitchen in the “superior” rooms have to be organized at the reception.

It is also required to send a copy of the payment via mail at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org specifying in the object the number of the reservation. The transfer needs to be made within one day, if not the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
2. Direct payment in hotel with credit card:
The direct payment in hotel needs to be guaranteed through credit card, filling in a module within one day from the date of the reservation. If not the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
